Employment opportunity: Sefa Partnerships Impact and Learning Specialist
Sefa Partnerships is looking for an Impact and Learning Specialist to join our team for an initial period of six months.
The role will include supporting and, in some instances, leading our fee-for-service engagements. There are technical elements (e.g. development of impact measurement frameworks and processes), there are capability building elements (e.g. supporting clients to sustainably deliver on their impact agendas) and there are human-centred design elements (e.g. designing and facilitating learning workshops for clients) to this role. The Impact and Learning Specialist will also work on other aspects of business development, including some proposal writing and administration of existing programs.
The role will support the Head of Programs and work closely with the team at our sister organisation Sefa Ltd, an impact investing specialist, as well as with other key partners.
The work will help build and maintain Sefa Partnerships’ track record in supporting the capacity and sustainability of impact organisations. In doing so you will be helping our clients improve social outcomes in communities across Australia. You will be working towards providing equitable access to capability and capital for purpose-driven organisations.
