Interest rates

As you're probably aware, the Reserve Bank recently cut official interest rates to 0.25%. This follows the previous cut in early March of 0.25 basis points. We will be passing on another .15% in line with this recent cut, to a total of 30 out of 50 basis points for the month of March.

We will continue to monitor and make adjustments as needed with future RBA announcements. Please advise us if you wish to take advantage of this rate cut by lowering your monthly loan repayments or prefer to continue making small early repayments on your loan. Interest only loans periods will be automatically adjusted.
