Sefa Partnerships update: Kick Starter winners announced

We are proud to announce this year’s amazing Macquarie Group Foundation Kick Starter program winners. The competition was so tight that the Foundation awarded four grants of $10,000 to the organisations below. Kick Starter is a 12-week business plan program, that matches social entrepreneurs with Macquarie Group mentors, to help them develop a business plan. Before submitting the plan to a judging panel, the entrepreneurs also take part in a variety of capability boosting workshops, to skill them up for the road ahead.

This year’s online format for Kick Starter meant that participants were able to take part from wherever they are based. We would like to thank all our participants for being part of this round of Kick Starter, whether they won or not, and hope that they have all made new connections and skills that will last a lifetime!

The 2020 winners address a broad range of issues that have local and international impacts. We wish them all the best and look forward to hearing about their success in the coming year.
