Manager - Impact and Engagement
Noel brings a clear, solutions-focused approach to his role as Impact and Engagement Manager at Sefa. With a background in finance, investment implementation and project delivery, he helps turn complex information into practical next steps that build confidence and support organisations to strengthen their impact.
Before joining Sefa, Noel spent over 15 years working across global financial markets, as well as in banking and superannuation. He also lived and worked in South Sudan with Medair, supporting communities affected by civil war – an experience that continues to shape his commitment to meaningful, lasting impact.
Outside of work, Noel enjoys spending time with his family, being outdoors, and teaching his kids how to build and fix things. Noel lives and works on unceded Wangal and Cadigal land.
