Head of Impact & Advisory
Myrna brings great balance to the team at Sefa: she's a doer and a thinker, equally comfortable leading or collaborating. She's in her element listening to the needs of governments and community organisations and supporting them to reach their goals.
Myrna has been doing this work for more than 15 years, across government evaluation, development finance, and international development, holding roles with the Mexican Government, the World Bank Group and Tetra Tech International Development. Along the way, she has built deep expertise in education, youth and community development, research, and impact management and measurement across 17 countries in Latin America, Central and Southeast Asia, and the Pacific islands.
Empathetic and curious, with a great sense of humour, Myrna's passions beyond social impact include being a strong advocate for Mexican food and spirits, organic produce, and world music. She lives and works on unceded Gadigal Land.
