Chief Operating Officer
Kyle brings a calm, practical and big-picture approach to her role as Chief Operating Officer at Sefa. She’s at her best at the intersection of strategy and operations – helping organisations define where they want to go, then translating ambitious goals into clear plans, strong systems and measurable outcomes.
With more than 15 years’ leadership experience across the social impact, community services and not-for-profit sectors, she has held roles with Two Good Co, Goodstart Early Learning and GE Commercial Finance. She has also served as treasurer of Detour Inc, supporting work with homeless and other at-risk girls and women.
Outside of work, Kyle is happiest sharing a meal with family or friends, exploring Sydney’s food scene, travelling, reading, or cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ sporting and dance events. Kyle lives and works on unceded Gadigal land.
