Chelsea is a leader in community development, social planning, impact engagement, and business. With over 20 years in the nonprofit and social services sector, she brings deep expertise in participatory research, stakeholder-informed program design, and blended finance strategies. Chelsea’s career spans a range of roles, from founder and CEO to board director, where she’s led initiatives that turn community and human services expertise insights into meaningful, sustainable impact.
Her work is driven by a belief in the power of regenerative systems, and collaborative, human-centred solutions. Chelsea is passionate about fostering inclusive spaces where diverse voices come together to co-design innovative solutions to society’s most pressing challenges.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys the arts, food and wine with friends and family, and connects with nature to recharge. Chelsea lives and works on unceded Yugambeh land.
