Ben brings experience across impact ventures, ESG integration and private credit, with a focus on deploying capital and business structures that balance financial sustainability with positive social and environmental outcomes. His background includes hands‑on experience working with diverse businesses and Indigenous‑led enterprises in regional and remote Australia, supporting practical, governance‑led outcomes through on‑ground project delivery and cross‑sector partnerships.

Ben has volunteered with community sporting teams, Habitat for Humanity, and is an active volunteer with Pocket City Farm in Sydney. Outside work, Ben enjoys time with family, getting underwater, travel and sport. Ben works and lives on unceded Gadigal land.
