Akhil is deeply embedded in Australia’s startup ecosystem, with experience across VC, tech, and climate programs, and a long track record of advising founders through the early stages of building and scaling. He has worked closely with dozens of startups through Antler and EnergyLab, and draws from hands-on operator experience at Uber and Agoda to support teams across product, operations, capital strategy, and founder development.

Akhil brings a practical startup lens to SEFA’s Investment Committee, with a particular focus on growth capital for mission driven enterprises. He is committed to helping organisations pair strong business fundamentals with measurable social outcomes, and operates at the front of where technology and new business models are heading.
