Analyst - Impact and Engagement

Aimee is an Analyst at Sefa, bringing five years’ experience in the social impact sector across volunteering and professional roles. She combines curiosity, creative thinking and deep listening to challenge entrenched practices and strengthen how impact is understood and delivered. With a strong grasp of Sefa’s internal processes, developed through her previous role as Team Admin, Aimee focuses on refining data collection and embedding more effective and efficient ways of working.

Before joining Sefa, Aimee served as the volunteer Director of a national not-for-profit delivering leadership and social justice programs for young people, gaining first-hand experience of the realities facing impact-first organisations. She holds a Bachelor of Politics, Philosophy and Economics and is motivated by work that contributes to deeper shifts in the systems we operate within.

Outside work, you will likely find her at Mahon’s ocean pool, making the most of the salt water and beautiful views. Aimee lives and works on Gadigal land.
