Shifting from rented to owned properties allows Providential Homes to become more sustainable by:

•Reducing reliance on landlords and building an asset base to earn capital gains•Providing a stable base for guests to live in while accessing wrap around services•Giving Providential Homes the freedom to renovate to be fit for purpose, and flexibility to offer transitional housing options as part of their long-term strategy•Providing an opportunity to develop replicable models to scale supported accommodation offerings from owned properties.
